Walking: Day 19

After not walking yesterday when I should, I made a pointed effort to squeeze one in today. Still, by the time I got out there it was after 7 p.m. Thank goodness the sun doesn't set until after 9 now. ;)

Remembered to tie my shoes loosely and kept my pace nice and slow without being too slow. Had a little leg pain, but once I dropped my speed down just a hair, it eased off and didn't come back. I picked up the pace at some times and eased back at others and it seemed to really help. It meant that I walked longer for the distance I covered, but at least I wasn't in agonizing pain. I was a little tired near the end, but not so much that I felt I couldn't finish.
