Walking: Day 31 & 32 of 2013

Felt good to get out in the cold, foggy air and work my leg muscles. The weight is staying nicely in place, only occasionally going up a little. I'm not avoiding goodies, in fact, I'm still splurging a bit here and there, but it's not effecting my weight much, so I'm good with it. Think I read something about when you're cold it's easier to lose weight because the calories go towards keeping you warm instead of making fat. Must be working for me. :P
Oh, I forgot to log my walk a couple of weeks ago, so the stats for that day are here, too.
