Got up later than I intended today, but I really wanted to squeeze another walk in. I lost 2 and a half pounds in just one day!

I'm sure it's simply some crazy fluke, but it's all the encouragement I needed to get out there and exercise today. Plus, it was sunny and warm! Got up to 60 degrees today! First time this year I went out walking without my jacket. Beautiful! An added bonus today? I found a dime! :D Healthy and profitable. Can't beat that. Went further today (2.63 miles!) and didn't feel that tiredness that I had yesterday.
