I'm waaaaaayyyyy behind, so it's catch up time.
Consider the collages on this post as fanart. Feel free to take and repost, but please credit me, okay? Thanks!
Day 6 - Your least favorite episode
Considering I love every episode so much, I never thought I'd be able to answer this question. However, this past season delivered SPN's first bonefide stinker of an episode: "Swap Meat".
Where to begin?
* It didn't tell us anything we didn't already know or could have deduced on our own. Oh, Dean's got a price on his head. Big whoop! We've known that since Meg told him that demons were gunning for him 5x01!
* Sam was an idiot. How does a trained hunter get himself shot in the neck with a dart not once, but twice! And he doesn't do the logical thing and pull it out immediately. Noooooooo....he leaves it in there while he collapses to the ground. *facepalms* And since when does Sam grab food off of other people's plates? That's something Dean would do, but not Sam.
* Dean was an idiot. Your brother starts acting weird and it takes you how long to figure it out? To even start doing some of the normal tests with holy water & silver???? Granted, that wouldn't have shown anything, but it would've been nice to see Dean at least trying to figure out what was going on long before he finally "got it". The first clue should have been backing the Impala into the dumpster! Why on earth would Sam do that? Stupid, Dean....really stupid!
* It had "villians" that I couldn't even care about. That little punk, Gary, should've died. Only Nora had any sense at all and she got demon possessed. *sigh*
* For a body swap eppy it was poorly executed. Jared should've played the Gary side of the swap the entire time, like he did in the opening. Why they switched it to where we see Gary as Sam I'll never know. It messes up everything. Dean ends up looking down at "Sam" and they had Jared's voice on the phone messages when we should've heard Gary's! Gah!!!!!
There's more, I'm sure, but those are the most important problems. I'm racking this eppy up there with The X-Files's "Space". Bad, bad, bad. Every show has to have one and for SPN "Swap Meat" is it in my book. Bleh. :(
Day 7 - Your favorite Dean crying scene
So many to choose from! But there can be only one, really. Dean's confession about his time in Hell from S4's "Heaven and Hell" wins hands down.
It's just....ungh. You just wanna hold him! Like the roadside scene in CSPWDT, Dean is finally opening up to Sam. His sturdy walls crumble and we have our strong, stoic, no-chick-flick-moments Dean fighting to hold onto some kind of composure. Further testament to Jensen's acting that he can open himself this way.

Day 8 - Your favorite Sam crying scene
Sam tends to be the messy crier between the 2 brothers. Sorry, Sammy girls, but you know it's true. ;)
That being said, my vote is for that final scene in S2's "Heart" when he wouldn't let Dean kill Madison, but chose to take care of it himself. Awwww, Sammy. You broke my heart in that moment.
Sorry I don't have any caps. Haven't gotten to that eppy yet. ;)
Day 9 - Your favorite Dean death scene
Again, a huge choice! The first death in "Mystery Spot" is a big favorite. Done with no words, only eye contact. It's a beautiful death. But I'd have to say the best one was the ultimate one....Dean's death at the end of Season 3 in "No Rest For The Wicked".

Dean's time is up and he's dragged into the pit by the Hellhounds, right in front of poor Sammy. The most heartbreaking part though, is when we then see Dean in Hell, hanging from meathooks and screaming for his little brother. *cries* I still remember being stunned for at least a month, mourning Dean's death. I knew they'd bring him back, but the question was when and how. That was a very long summer indeed.
Day 10 - Your favorite Sam/other death scene
This was a fairly easy choice. After all, Sam hasn't died that many times. Not like big brother, Dean. ;)
But again, I chose a big death. We all know Sam didn't come back from this one his normal self. Even Dean saw that in S3. More importantly, this is the death that kind of put everything in motion for the brothers. Sam died, Dean sold his soul, would go to Hell, be pulled out by Castiel after breaking the first seal, thus setting the boys up to be vessels for Michael and Lucifer.

This death is all the more raw for Dean's reaction to it. Not only did he lose Sam for a day or two, but he wasn't there to protect him...something he'd always done and been able to do in the past. Sam's death, unlike Dean's the following season was very much unexpected. Sam was being his usual compassionate self, and didn't kill Jake when he had the chance. And to have Dean finally find Sam, only in time to see him stabbed from behind. Dean's heart breaks in this moment and so does ours, because we're mourning with him.
Day 11 - Your favorite quote
Let's just make this impossible, why don't we? :P
I have so many to choose from. You'll see a lot of my favorites in the sidebar. ;)
However, I'll put in one of my all-time favorites even after 5 seasons. Dean from S1's "Asylum":
"See, that attitude right there? That is why I always get the extra cookie."
*giggles* LOVE IT! :D
Day 12 - Your favorite funny scene
OMG! This is hard! :P
Okay, I'll have to go with...well...a lot of scenes from S2's "Tall Tales". That whole thing is funny! *giggles*
Top Moments:
+ The two different stories about interviewing people at the bar. The kiss, the blah, blah, blahs...
+ Sam pointing out Dean's Darwinism.
+ Sam hugging that one guy and calling him a brave little soldier.
+ The boys fighting on the bed.
Day 13 - A scene that makes you sad/cry
Once again, there are too many to mention. Oh, how this show loves to break our hearts!
Right now, I'd say it's a tie. There's S4's huge fight between the brothers in "When The Levee Breaks". I hated seeing the boys fight like this. So much misunderstanding between them, hurt feelings, mistrust, and all because of that evil Ruby! Grrrr! It was hard to see Sam so positive he was doing the right thing, even though we and Dean could see it was the wrong idea. Then there was Dean's single tear after calling Sam a monster (which Sam didn't see! Gah!), then the fight ensues and Dean's no match for Sam who's hopped up on demon blood. Then to top it all off, Sam tries to kill his own brother! Nooooo!!!!!!!! So hard to watch, even now.

My second choice is for S5's finale "Swan Song". That huge scene in the cemetery....you know the one. Where poor Dean refuses to leave Sam even though Lucifer is beating him to bloody pulp, "I'm not gonna leave you", Sam breaking free and reassuring Dean, and then Sam making the sacrifice, diving into the hole and leaving a broken and distraught Dean behind. Oh, boys!!! *weeps*
