Keep your duct tape handy

Just thought I'd post this for a little giggle...I thought it was funny, anyway.

I was watching an old rerun of The Red Green Show last night and there was this little exchange:



Red: "I've never seen a radio like this. What is it a foreign model?"
Mike: "It was made in Texas."
Red: "Well, there you go."

I found it hilarious because the show is Canadian. :P

On other subjects, I'm almost caught up on my replies (yay!). There were a few posts that were so old that it didn't make any sense to reply back at this late date. But know that I did read all the comments even if I didn't reply back.

There won't be any of the regular picspams this week as I try to recover from my allergy/tonsilitis bug. But I do have a little special picspam almost ready to go that I'll be posting soon.

Plus, I got a phone call last night from my documentary crew leader, M.G. and he needs me to put together an extra piece by Friday night. Yikes! So I'll be off to the computer lab today, sniffly nose and all (what fun) to do more editing.

I need some cheering up!

As some of you may have read from my last post, I'm at the college computer lab, once again to edit another piece for the student documentary I'm involved with. I'm still battling this allergy/tonsilitis bug of mine, so I'm not exactly feeling my best.

But I'm helping my friend, M.G., out because he's swamped with work and can't edit this piece together himself. I told him today I'm blaming our instructor for this, not him (M.G.). M.G. felt kind of bad, asking me to come in and work on this when I'm not feeling very good. But it's all our instructor's fault. He insisted on adding this little sequence of himself into our documentary at the last minute. M.G. and I really don't want it included, especially now that it's causing such problems.

So I'm here in the lab working my little heart out for a piece I really don't care about while I'm sniffling and coughing. I'm tired, my nose is congested, and I think I'm starting to feel a little spacey from the meds I've been taking for the past 4 days. In other words, I'm a little cranky and irratible and I just wanna go home and be miserable there.

So I'm asking for you, wonderful flist, to help cheer me up. Send me some Jensen pics - he can be goofy or just plain hot. Post a pic and make up a silly caption for it. Or whatever strikes you as funny or amusing. Hugs help, too! I'll take it all, because I can really use it right now to keep me going! *hugs flist tight*
