I have a plan...

Took my nap and got rid of my emerging headache as well (I think...although it still seems to be lingering a bit...bah). Am currently printing out yesterday's photos from the set and got to thinking about next week.

I'm behind on comments, so my plan is to use Monday to reply back to as many people as I can. I'll also post the next eppy of DA caps. I'm currently downloading Part 1 of "Wishful Thinking", so I won't be able to get the rest of it until I get home Sunday evening. As soon as I have it all downloaded I'll make some quick caps on the Mac so I can fix a couple and post my First Impressions of the episode. But Monday I wanna kind of take it easy and recover from the weekend of filming. After that all bets are off. I'll probably be spamming you like crazy to make up for lost time. Heh. :P

Okay, I can't think of anything else to say, but then I have fuzzy brain with a side of headache, so I'm not thinking too clearly. Long day on set, a lot of stress because of those continuity problems...me tired.

Just 'Cause

Fitting with this week's unofficial theme, I bring you a cap of only part of the Impala. But look how sleek and shiny she is! Gotta love that chrome! I miss chrome on cars...ah the good old days. :)
I've got enough caps picked out to keep this little theme going for another 2 weeks, so I think I will. Still all from S2. We'll get to S3 sometime in the future. But in the meantime, more S2 hand!arm!porn! from the boys next week, okay? ;)

That's A Wrap!

We only had 3 short scenes to film this afternoon and once we arrived at the location and waiting for a brief rain squall to pass by, it all went fairly quickly. I was recruited again to apply fake blood to one of our actresses. Fun times. During a few takes my right hand was a gooey, slimy, red mess before someone brought me some baby wipes to clean up. :P

But now, principle photography is complete. All that's left is some brief external shots of various locations and some inserts. The tentative plan is to have our wrap party during the first week of December. Whoo-hoo!

I came home, washed the remnants of the fake blood off my hands, and promptly took a nap. Aaaaah....sweet sleep! I feel much better now. :) I did feel a little sad on the long drive home though. All of a sudden all the work is over. No more filming schedule, no more call times, no more long hours of standing, no more laughter through the final hours of each day when everyone is drained and exhausted. It's been 27 amazing days and they've brought me experiences I thought I'd never have. I've also made connections with some wonderful people and learned more than I can even comprehend right now. For a month we've been this little family, as all film crews hopefully become. And now it's over. Now we wait for the film's completion and hope for distribution.

I've got some interesting messages in my email....more about them later. Now to do....something...probably spammy...I dunno. Heh. ;)
