SPN Episode Title Caps: 1x03 Dead In The Water

The first episode directed by the late, great Kim Manners.

My goal is to post a title cap each day until I catch up to Season 7 and then it'll be weekly. For the first 10 episodes, instead of the missing title, I've capped the Director's credit. Each cap has been given the same effect in Picnik, which I think provides a nice gritty, cinematic feel.

Okay...I have no idea what I got done on Friday. LOL I think it was just little odds and ends that I now can't remember. Anyhoo, watching SPN last night was a treat and moreso than usual because I kept spotting scenes I saw them film on location back on August 31st. I honestly missed a lot of dialog because I was paying attention to where the camera was set up, the lighting, etc. By the time I was done with all that they'd moved onto a different scene and I had no idea what they'd just said! I need to watch it a couple more times at least to get everything. Hee! Got my temporary download already (until I get the better one, Sunday) and I'm going to try to get caught up on 704 AND post my review of 705 over the weekend. Wish me luck! Video: Supernatural on MTV's '10 on Top' & The Coming Preview

Both of these are spoilery, so beware if you're steering clear of those.

The first one has Jensen showing us some of the sets at the studio and then he and Jared show how they film the night car scenes. There's also some scenes shown of next week's eppy.

The second one is a quick little look into some upcoming episodes. I might have to cap this one - it all goes by so fast.
