SPN Episode Title Caps: 5x21 Two Minutes To Midnight

Wanted to include this bit of dialog from this scene because it was rather amusing to see Cas in a hospital bed.

My goal is to post a title cap each day until I catch up to Season 7 and then it'll be weekly. Each cap has been given the same effect in Picnik, which I think provides a nice gritty, cinematic feel.

CASTIEL: "How?"
DEAN: "It's a long story, but, look --we're going after Pestilence now. So if you want to zap over here..."
CASTIEL: "I can't "zap" anywhere."
DEAN: "What do you mean?"
CASTIEL: "You could say my batteries are -- are drained."
DEAN: "What do you mean? You're out of angel mojo?"
CASTIEL: "I'm saying that I am thirsty and my head aches. I have a bug bite that itches no matter how much I scratch it, and I'm saying that I'm just incredibly..."
DEAN: "Human. Wow. Sorry."

Today's requested cap is for pinkphoenix1985 who wanted "A brotherly moment other than the hugs (for example, the little back touch that Dean gave Sam in S2's Simon said when Sam was upset) basically something between the boys that made our hearts melt." You can barely see it in this cap, but you CAN see Dean pulling his hand from Sam's back. Awwwww. :)
Busy Thursday and I'm kinda tired. >.< At least there's a new SPN to look forward to tonight. Yay! Just wish I'd had time to review 7x12. I'll see if I can squeeze it in before show time. *hopes*

A little spoilery for tonight's episode and I'm happy to have some confirmation about what I was thinking lately. :P The video is pretty sweet, too. Funny how they had to keep stopping the interviews because of filming going on. Ah, life on the set. :D So great seeing the boys smiling and happy. *glees*

 

Walking: Day 1 of the year 2012

Woke up (late...nevermind) to an absolutely gorgeous day! Sunny and WARM! It's up to near 60 degrees! How could I possibly stay inside with such beautiful weather? So I ventured out for my first walk of the year. I took it easy and only made one circuit around the neighborhood, but it was enough. My back isn't in the best of shape and it was complaining. Otherwise, I probably could've walked a little longer. I've already lost quite a bit of weight here at my aunt's place, but I'd really like to lose more for VanCon. ;)
