Apologies again for the delay in getting back to these. You'll notice some changes: mostly that there are only a few sample caps and that they're presented here in a little-larger-than-normal thumbnail images. I will be posting a full set of sample caps (The Best Of) later on for those who don't download zipped folders.

Walking: Day 18 of 2013
Jun. 8th, 2013 06:12 pmMy weight is coming back down, but it's agonizingly slow. Arg! So I walked this afternoon after a low calorie lunch.
The weather was nice! Temps around 70 and mostly sunny. I got tired at the over half way point, but I pressed on, thinking about how close VanCon is and how much I want to be fit and lighter by then. Hope I can walk tomorrow, too as the temps this weekend are just right for walking (and no rain - yay!).
