Sunday's cap is for 1_rhiannon_1 and it's the final leftover cap number request in the cap lottery for this ep. Tomorrow we'll revisit the unfilled requests for 7x02. Anyway, this cap comes from near the end of the ep where Sam's worried that he might turn evil like Ansom...capable of killing and Dean's having none of that.
