SPN Goes B&W: More Hugs

Thought I'd try something different. This isn't for the Just 'Cause posts though the idea is similar to when I ask for requests there. I miss doing B&W fanart, so I thought I'd ask for everyone's help in choosing caps.

Today's fanart is for crownroyal_51 who asked for "A Sam/Dean hug (preferably one where Dean's eyes are closed)".
Easily done because Dean closes his eyes almost every time he hugs Sam. Awwww... I went with an old favorite with the hug from 4x01 "Lazarus Rising" and then a more recent and emotional hug from 8x19 "Taxi Driver" as Sam returned from Hell.

Researching Soulless Sam for your Sammy Tuesday.

• Bullet points seem to be a hit, so I'll keep it up. It's even easier for me to read this way. ;)
  
• Worked on the Storify links, but I think my favorited Tweets got locked up by Twitter, so I'll try again later today.
  
• You'll see a new SPN Beginnings & Endings posted this morning for "Something Wicked". Is anyone still interested in them? I'm not getting much response to them, so I'm wondering if there's any point in going onto Season 2.
  
• Still haven't capped 9x05 (which I'll address in my next post). But I plan to...sometime today.

Cha-cha-cha Changes...

You may (or most likely have not) noticed that I didn't do a SPN Cap & Quote Review for last week's episode (905).

I'm not going to.

As much as I wanted to make the idea work, it simply isn't. When I did the post for 904 I was dragging myself to complete it. It was taking hours and hours and I was tired and discouraged that the caps haven't been getting many downloads (1 per episode). For something that's supposed to be enjoyable, this is not it, my friends. Not to me. So I'm retiring the SPN Cap & Quote Review posts. Sorry to those few of you who did leave me comments and said you enjoyed them.

I love posting the episode quotes, but heck, everyone can go to the same sites I visit to get them: SuperWiki & BuddyTV. I'm simply repeating what they provide, but with caps....nothing really new and earth-shattering there.

I'll stick with simply typing up a few thoughts about each ep on Tuesday night for my First Impressions and be done with it. It's quick, easy, and pain-free for me. And once it's done, I don't have to deal or think about it for another whole week! It's very nice and allows me to simply enjoy my show from week to week. :)

I still intend to cap the episodes this season - making two sets: A Highlight set and a more thorough one. For now, due to time constraints, I'm only tackling the Highlight caps.

I'll try to post these at least twice a week, maybe every Monday & Friday (but don't hold me to those days!). I've already got all the images for Seasons 1 & 2 ready to go. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

1.18 Beginning: We begin with a house in Fitchburg, Wisconsin under the cover of darkness. Never a good sign...
