Fade In, Fade Out: SPN's Beginnings & Endings - 3.01 The Magnificent Seven

I'm going to try and post these every week day, which should put us ending it on or around December 21st for this shortened season. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

3.01 Beginning: The episode starts with a quiet neighborhood in Illinois...which is about to be invaded by a demon cloud. And our first look at either on of the boys is this gorgeous close-up of Sam as he does research in the car while Dean has "a sexual romp" (as the SuperWiki puts it - lol).


3.01 Ending: By the end, a hunter is dead, the demons are dispatched, and the boys say goodbye to Bobby and take off in the Impala.
