4.22 Beginning: A lovely shot of candles opens this episode and a bunch of nuns are about to be violently killed in this quiet convent.

4.22 Ending: By episode's end the brothers are reunited, Ruby is revealed as Lilith's helper and dead, Lilith herself is dead, and has broken the final seal which means...Lucifer is loose. Fade to...WHITE!
