• Had a rough Friday because I took a nap then woke up with a pain in my left shoulder blade that quickly blossomed to pain radiating out to my neck, arm, and leg. OW! Thankfully, a pain patch and some Aleve (and another nap) had it feeling 98% better. Phew! Geez, getting old sucks!
