First Impressions Review: 13x16 "Scoobynatural"

Ugh. So late again! Between watching the episode late and being busy all weekend, I'm stuck posting this on a Monday. Do not like!

I've capped a couple of the "Scoobynatural" videos from youtube. Still waiting for that big featurette, but I fear most of us won't see that until the DVD release. *sigh*

Jensen & Jared give us a tiny sneak peek of the BTS footage of recording the voices for the episode. Jensen being Velma. LOL! Btw, why couldn't the camera person get both the guys in focus??? Grrrr!

Fade In, Fade Out: SPN's Beginnings & Endings - 6.07 Family Matters

I'll try to post these every other week day (Mon-Wed-Fri), but I make no guarantees. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

6.07 Beginning: The episode begins with a blurry look at Castiel from Sam's POV as the angel tries to figure out what is wrong with the younger Winchester.


Our first view of one of the boys is of bloody Sam tied to the motel room chair as Cas examines him.


6.07 Ending: By episode's end, the once-captured Alpha Vampire escapes and the boys learn that Crowley resurrected Sam and Samuel so they would help him gain access to Purgatory. Now the boys will have to continue to provide Crowley with the monsters he needs if they want to get Sam's soul back.

I know we're not done with the S13 episodes, but the hiatus is over and it's a new month, so I thought it was a good time to return to posting totally random caps again. ;)
