I'll try to post these every other week day (Mon-Wed-Fri), but I make no guarantees. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

6.22 Beginning: The episode begins with Sam running...seemingly from the police. Of course, what Sam doesn't know (and we, the audience, don't know yet either) is that this is all in Sam's head since Cas broke the wall.
6.22 Ending: By episode's end, Balthazar & Raphael are dead, Castiel has taken in millions of souls and proclaims himself the new God, and Sam manages to regain consciousness and catches up with Dean and Bobby. Sam tries to kill Cas, but it doesn't work.
Castiel: "I'm glad you made it, Sam. But the angel blade won't work, because I'm not an angel anymore. I'm your new God. A better one. So you will bow down and profess your love unto me, your Lord. Or I shall destroy you."
