If you miss any posts just use the SPN Beginnings & Endings Tag.
I'll try to post these at least twice a week, maybe every Monday & Friday (but don't hold me to those days!). I've already got all the images for Seasons 1 & 2 ready to go. Sometimes there will be more than one cap for a beginning or ending of an episode. I'm also using my capper's discretion - meaning I'm choosing the most aesthetically pleasing image that we see first or last not always literally the first or last things we see. I'll explain this as we go along.

2.04 Beginning: The episode starts with Neil comforting a broken-up Angela. "Okay. We've got booze, we've got chocolate, and, wait for it... tortured emo rock. Guaranteed cure for any broken heart."

2.04 Ending: The episode ends with Dean's tearful roadside confession (the first of many over the seasons). "You and Dad ... you're the most important people in my life. And now ... I never should've come back, Sam. It wasn't natural. And now look what's come of it. I was dead. And I should have stayed dead. You wanted to know how I was feeling. Well, that's it. So tell me. What could you possibly say to make that all right?"
