I started this little project because of

dahliablue's mention of shopping for vinyl records in one of her posts. This may not be as fun as going to a thrift or antique store to handle the real thing, but there are tons of online blogs and sites that are dedicated to offering up vinyl recordings to anyone who wants them (and knows where to look).

I always love finding new music to listen to, so finding these blogs has been a treat over the past several years. It's quite a list (over 50 links!) that I put together from my various bookmarks. There's something there for just about everyone, running the gamut from the earliest recordings of sound to today's hottest recordings. And this is by no means everything that's out there. As you check out these blogs, be sure to note if they have a links list and check those out, too. There really is a great deal of free music to be found online...you just have to know where to get it. :)
