SPN Edge Of Darkness Picspam

As promised, here is the special picspam I mentioned earlier. Since I didn't have time to cap a whole episode, I decided to quickly cap one of the featurettes from the S1 DVD set.
These are 21 caps from The Edge of Darkness extra. All have been adjusted for size, contrast, and sharpness.
The images you see here are actually large thumbnail images. Just click on each one to go to the full sized 853 x 450 image in all it's glory!
As usual, if you take any for graphics, etc., please consider giving me a credit. Thanks! :)
I've decided to add some comments here and there, especially for the more behind the scenes shots. Enjoy!

Jensen on the set of Wendigo. He was waving his hand like he was hot. 'Course we all know that already, don't we! ;)

I had to include this shot, not for the director, David Nutter, but because you can see (although not very well) the Script Supervisor sitting next to him. How do I know this is the Script Supervisor, you may ask? Because I've been one for a couple of student films and I know the tools (big notebook, stopwatch, pens...). It's rare to see a photo of a Script Supervisor. I guess because it's not one of the glamorous jobs like DP or director. However, the job is very important and you become the director's right hand man (woman).

I'll admit, I have a thing for clapperboards/slates. I love looking at them and seeing what info. they have. This one in particular is pretty easy to read. It's different than the ones you see, say in the blooper reel, because this is from the Pilot shot in CA. Most slates have the same basic information. Here is what this one has, starting from the top left corner: Roll (the camera roll): C50, Scene: 17G (btw, in most cases the main wide shot or master shot of a scene is named by just a number, then other closeups and other angles are labeled with the number and then a letter starting with A), Take: 2, FPS (frames per second) (this is the timecode which usually reads hrs:min:sec:frames), we then have the production: Supernatural, Director: David Nutter, Camera (camera operator): Aaron Schneider, and finally the date: 3-14-05. Hope you found that interesting (or maybe I'm just weird and it's only me). You should have seen me pausing the blooper reel on all the slates just to read them! :P

I just love this shot of Jensen bathed in red light! This is also from the Pilot, btw.

I love shots like this of the guys sharing a laugh on the set! This is from Dead Man's Blood.

*Sigh* Jensen's smile! I never get tired of seeing it.

Just another variation, because there can never be too many images of Jensen's warm smile. *melts*

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know...Route 666 is not everyone's favorite episode, but they used this as the featurette's ending and it was a nice touch with the song and everything.

Our favorite boys in our favorite car...what more could a SPN fan want?

Dean wearing his Mr. Cool sunglasses! :D

Nice way to end the featurette and this picspam, with the Impala headed down the endless road.
