raloriaNote: This is not my First Impressions. This is only my first reactions in a nutshell.
No doubt about it. I LOVED IT!!!!!
Beyond that....right now I have no words. I'm spent. In shock. I need to digest the eppy and watch it again, and again...as many times as it takes. :)
Thank you show for breaking me. I'm in little pieces on the floor right now.
Thank you Kripke for not torturing us with a cliffhanger.
Thank you Jensen for ripping my heart out and leaving me with a gaping hole that I can still feel almost an hour later.
Having said that, I have a couple of complaints. :(
:: The dude playing Alistair....what. was. with. the. weird. accent??????? It sounded like he was channeling Marlon Brando. He didn't sound like that last week. WTH?????? It was terribly distracting.
:: No HUG???????? That's just wrong! Dean's pouring his heart out like never before and still....STILL...Sam can't show the simplest bit of physical comfort to his older brother????? It was the end scene of "Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things" all over again....only worse. Couldn't he at least have put his hand on Dean's shoulder? Some little bit of human kindness when Dean's finally bared his soul like Sam wanted? I really feel cheated. Bad form, Kripke. :(
Btw, the way I feel right now is proof that I'm not ready for this show to end with this season. No way, no how. I'm not ready to let go. *clings to show with a death grip*
*gigglesnort* I just saw the guy who played Jake in AHBL in a Washington Mutual Bank commercial. How bizarre. LOL!
