Harper's Island "Whap" - My Thoughts

Honestly? It was a little slow, but I'm chalking that up to the large ensemble cast and the need to establish them all before things start happening. Though the guy getting killed right off under the boat was pretty cool. I was falling asleep a bit half way through the hour, but that was probably my usual after-supper sleepiness kicking in.
What is with all these shows being set in Seattle? It's cool, but it doesn't benefit the city any. Since they're not filmed here it means it doesn't help those of us in the filmmaking community in the Puget Sound area either. Bah. :(
It was cool to see so many familiar faces from SPN all in one place, though I wish it hadn't taken so long for Jim Beaver to show up. So while I did like it, it didn't knock my socks off. But I'm willing to give it another shot next week. :)
