SPN Season 4 B&W Fanarts - 4x01 Set 2

raloriaI made a lot of these b&w fanart pieces for my First Impressions posts throughout S4. However, I always made more than I used, so many have never been seen before. They're not very fancy, just simple b&w rendered images from my screencapped downloads of the episodes. I thought I'd start posting them all in this fanart picspam series like I did for S3.
We continue with the remaining 9 images of Dean from the season premiere. I'm maintaining the number count from the previous post.
