Sam Ferris on Shore 104 FM Radio

raloriaA lot of you probably saw my post last night about this and after getting the opinions of others, I think we've come to the conclusion that it was indeed Samantha Ferris as DJ on that Vancouver radio station. So cool! :D
After a couple of hours of squeeing and listening to her, I thought..."I should record this as proof." So I did. Problem is, and I didn't realize this until after I'd finished recording and listened to it, is that my laptop was recording from my external speakers. This means it picked up any noises outside, including my typing on the keyboard. Ooops! So you will hear that on the recording. I tried to remove it, but it couldn't be done. However, it's not constant, and it really doesn't detract too much. You can still hear Sam's voice loud and clear.
This is the edited down recording of 6 min. 42 sec. I took out all the music and just kept her talking. There's some cool stuff in here of her talking about her youth a bit in regards to music. She was on the air from 6 to about midnight and this covers about the last 2 hrs.
I had great fun listening to her and delighting in the fact that I was hearing one of our SPN actors in an unusual place.
I'm so glad I tuned into Shore 104 last night! Btw, it's a pretty awesome station. If you get a chance, check'em out. ;)

Btw, I'm keeping this a flocked post because I don't want to get in trouble with the station over recording their broadcast, so please don't share the link, okay? Not that I think they'd notice and dude, all the promotion I'm giving their station, but better safe than sorry. Thanks! ;)
