We're nearing the end of S2 of DA, with only 3 episodes after this one. Dawg Day Afternoon has the city's police hunting Joshua and Annie down in the sewers and White taking another step to turn the public against transgenics.

In Part One: Alec gets fake papers from Max to help clear him of Ben's murder charges. Then at Jam Pony they get an earful from a religious leader about transgenics before Eyes Only breaks in.

Part 1 -

Now isn't this nice to see? Alec just watching TV and relaxing. And eating...don't forget that.

I just adore this pose. The red sweatpants are okay, although I'd prefer a red shirt.

I just noticed the TV has now been moved to the kitchen. Joshua probably complained that the noise from it bothered him when he was painting.

Second cap: okay, now the sweatpants look sexy. Joshua's been busy painting portraits of Annie.

Alec makes note of the growing collection. Jensen looks so good in just a simple t-shirt.

Alec: "Hey, man. I know you miss her. But, uh, don't you think it's time you moved on.? I mean, you can't see her anymore." Joshua: "I know."

Alec: "Especially not now." Joshua: "I said I know, Alec." Beautiful profile shots here, especially the third cap.

His hair looks so nice in this scene, too. Then Max arrives and she and Joshua go through their whole big fella/little fella thing. Alec: "I guess that makes me medium fella." Heehee!

Max has brought some food and right away Alec's seeing if there's anything for him...

and she quickly slaps his hand away. Alec: "Max, come on. I'm stuck here, you know?"

"An innocent man framed for the murder committed by his clone? I was thinking about selling the story to Hollywood. It would make a great TV movie. What do you think?"

Oh, yeah...the hair is most certainly in top form on this day. :) Max has got something for Alec... "Here." Alec: "What's this?" Max: "Fake birth certificate to prove you had a twin and a fake passport to prove you weren't in the country when the murders were committed." Meanwhile, I'm drooling over that little peek of bicep there in the third cap.

*Guh* More drooling. The man needs warning announcements if he's going to bend his head down like that.

Alec: "Yeah. This ought to be enough to clear the charges. Thanks, Max." It's so adorable how he whispers that last part and gives that winning smile. *melts* Max: "You owe me 2,500 bucks." That certainly gets Alec's attention.

Max: "Guy's the best in the business. Same guy Logan uses." Alec: (whistles) "How is, uh-- How is Logan, anyway?" Max: "I wouldn't know."

That statement gets the attention of both Alec and Joshua, but Max quickly moves on, telling Alec to get dressed and that "2,500 is a lot of deliveries".

Okay, seriously? That's an awesome outfit. Love the denim jacket.

They come in on a news broadcast of Rev. Terry Caldwell stating that transgenics aren't human. Logan then breaks in with his Eyes Only hack, defending Max and her friends.

Alec: "You know what this is about. Don't you?" Max: "Logan's just doing what he thinks is right." Alec: "He's reaching out to someone. I'm pretty sure it ain't me."
