Walking: Go the extra mile
May. 11th, 2010 07:36 pmAnother nice weather day for walking. It was sunny and a nice 63 degrees with a bit of a breeze. I didn't set out to walk over 2 miles, but it sorta just happened. Took the big loop twice (no hill) and then the medium loop. Don't know if I'll be able to walk the next 3 days, so maybe unconsciously I figured I'd better push myself a little further. Oh, well...I made it. :)
