Day 20 - Your favorite recap


I've liked a lot of the recaps...most, really. Can't pick out any one individual as a favorite though.

Day 21 - Your favorite character entrance


Only one character came to mind right away when I looked at this...Castiel in "Lazarus Rising".

It really was a spectacular entrance. Dean and Bobby trying everything in their arsenal to stop him, the sparks raining down, Dean stabbing him unsuccessfully with the demon-killing knife, and Castiel knocking out Bobby.

Then you've got Dean's disbelief & the classic line, "I'm the one who gripped you tight and raised you from perdition.". ;D It also perfectly set up the rest of the season, with the question of why Dean was saved and what the angels had planned for him.

DEAN: Right. And why would an angel rescue me from Hell?
CASTIEL: Good things do happen, Dean.
DEAN: Not in my experience.
CASTIEL: What's the matter? You don't think you deserve to be saved?
DEAN: Why'd you do it?
CASTIEL: Because God commanded it. Because we have work for you.
