After a gray start to the day the sun broke out in the afternoon. It even warmed up to around 70...nice! :D
It's been Tuesday since I last walked. Really need to fit in as many walks as possible. Time is flying by! Gah! At the same time I realized today that I'm really torn with how much to push myself without going too far and not doing enough. Doesn't help that I'm on a tight deadline. Eighteen days! OMG Technically 17 now. Still working on the eating less thing. Though I did have another omlette & pancake meal at iHop on Saturday. But that's the end of that kind of eating. This afternoon I took the big loop twice (w/the hill) and then the small loop (w/the hill). Took the hill 3 times! Woot! Not sure I've done that before. Gonna try my best to walk tomorrow, too.
