Had hoped to get up earlier today so I would hopefully be walking in cooler temps. Didn't happen though and by the time I got out there it was already around 70. At least there was a breeze, but the sun was pretty warm. Phew! Took the big loop with the hill once, then part of the small loop so I came back around to the big loop without the hill. Felt like I got a good workout even though it wasn't all that long. Weighed myself this morning and I'm back down to the weight I was back in April. Woot! It's not huge, but it's a step in the right direction. :)
