Today I took my first walk since Aug. 21st and the first since returning home from Vancouver. Time to get off my lazy butt and try to lose more weight. I might not have a convention to work towards anymore, but there's still the need to lose some weight and get fitter. I'm using Jensen & Jared as my inspiration. *g* Although with Misha running 50 miles today, I should probably use him as a role model, too! :) I'm the same weight now as I was when I returned from last year's VanCon...the lowest weight I've been in many years. Now the trick is to not slip back and add it all back on. My goal is to lose more. Took the big loop (no hill) and then the medium loop. My left leg was killing me through most of it, but I persevered. One thing I did do...I walked faster than I think I ever have (2.9 mph) instead of my usual 3. Okay, so I actually walked slower. Duh. :P
