Walking: Fitting it in when I can
Oct. 20th, 2010 06:10 pmIt was such a nice day, I figured I didn't have any good excuses NOT to walk. :P
Turned out to be even warmer than I thought and I was soon opening up my jacket. Lots of sun and blue sky and temps in the mid 60s. Not bad for an October afternoon. Wanted new scenery, so I took the big loop in the Cherry Park neighborhood and then the big loop w/out the hill here in our neighborhood. Not a bad workout, even if I'm not up to 2 miles yet. I'll get there eventually. ;)
