Another random post. Can you handle it? :D
First of all...I'm back at college now. I was dreading it last night, but my on-campus instructor (for the philosophy class) ROCKS!!!! *is so happy* More about this later. :D
So to celebrate...some pretty for you. Hunky Dean seemed like a good choice. Arms! Arms! *Guh*

I've got lots to tell/share, so I hope you're ready.
* My Philosophy class looks like a lot of fun. I took a liking to the instructor right away. He's got a great sense of humor and isn't stuffy at all. I could tell he was trying to make the subject fun for us. He even used fun stuff in the examples during his lecture...Star Wars, ferraris, burritos, etc. LOL! I still have to check out my online class (Media Law & Ethics) but hopefully I'll get a good vibe from that one too.
* Being back at school means access to high speed internet again. Yaaaay!!!! At least on Mondays & Wednesdays when I come to class. I can download big files again! :D
* A little bit of bad news....There's a channel not coming in on our HDTV anymore. On Saturday we noticed the signal wasn't coming in and it hasn't appeared since then. Guess which channel? Our CW channel - Ch. 11!!!!! Noooooooooo!!!!!!!! *cries* Why did it have to be that channel? I could live without any of the other ones, but not that one! We keep checking it, but so far it's completely gone. Mom says we'll call the station if it doesn't show up by tomorrow. *starts praying to the digital gods* I must have SPN next week. I must!
* Watched the first part of Ken Burns's documentary of The War last night. What a gripping and horrifying 2 and half hours of television. Some of the images and accounts from the soldiers...wow. I look forward to seeing the other parts this week. My grandfather served in the Army-Air Force up in Alaska during WWII, but he was a airplane mechanic and never saw action. Still, he's told us stories. And he was one of the fortunate few to avoid the Bataan Death March. He had friends who weren't so lucky. Watching about the Death March in the documentary last night was really disturbing - thinking he could have gone through all that. I'm so thankful he was in a relatively safe part of the war.
* After watching The War it reminded me of the trailer for the film Pearl Harbor. I always loved the music used in the international trailer and have tried for years to get it. Let this be proof that you shouldn't give up on anything...'cause I finally found a way to get the music last night! I managed to track down the exact title of the music and the composer. Many places say it's part of Hans Zimmer's soundtrack to The Thin Red Line, but that's wrong. It's actually part of Grame Revell's soundtrack to The Crow (2, I think...the sequel) and "Goliath" by Steve Jablonsky. The Goliath part was what I was trying to get (already have the Grame Revell part). Long story short - I finally got it and I'm sooo happy. It's a stunning bit of music. And I instantly starting thinking of how to use it as a SPN music vid. :D So now I can't wait to get started on that! Btw, if any of you would like to have the mp3 of this music, I'll upload it for you guys. Just let me know in your comments. :D
That's all for now...I've gotta head for home to watch Dancing With The Stars. Wheeee! :)
