These are just my first impressions of the season's third episode. My full-length review with caps will be posted later. This just gives me a chance to express my initial thoughts about the episode and touch on a few highlights.
With each of these First Impressions posts I'll include a little cropped cap from the episode. I decided to do something different and make them b&w.
Consider this fanart. If you take it, please give credit. :)

* Gordon!!! It's good to have our old nemesis back, even if he's still behind bars. He just never gives up.
* "St. Helens big" *g* As in Mt. St. Helens, the volcano in WA that erupted in 1980.
* Uh oh, apparently Dean's been checking to see if Sam really is Sam....hmmmmmm.
* It's cool that John had a hidden stash of weapons and stuff that even the boys didn't know about.
* Nice that each of the boys finds a cherished momento from their childhoods....Sam, a soccer trophy and Dean, his first shotgun.
* Awesome how the boys bust in on the thieves like cops!
* Let the fun and mayhem begin! Poor Dean getting knocked down twice and Sammy getting strangled! Good times! *giggles*
* Gotta love Dean's elation with the winning lottery tickets. "Whooo!"
* Oh, they set up that poor guy's death real well. He's gonna slip on the bottle...nope. Then he does, of course. ;)
* Bobby's working on rebuilding the Colt!!!
* "You can be Rainman." Heh...oh, Dean!
* I just giggle like crazy every time I see Dean eating. Brain freeze! *gigglesnort*
* One of the best shots of the episode: the brothers leaning to check out the waitress! So adorable!
* Enter Bela! I like her. She's like this cool British spy, with her fancy apartment and disguises.
* It's so awesome to hear a Les Paul & Mary Ford song (Vaya Con Dios) in SPN!
* Sam's just a walking disaster area!
Dean: Sam you okay?
Sam: Yeah, I'm good.
Hilarious!
* Kubrick and his Divine Guidance is creeping me out a bit.
* Best scene of the episode!!! Sam's poor little boy reaction to losing his shoe is just fantastic! LOL!!! Excellent work by Jared!
* Love Dean getting into Bela's apartment. He's super sneaky! Heh. And the gun standoff is great!
* Poor Sammy! He's just sitting there and bad things happen.
* No! Don't beat up the Sammy! Nasty, weirdo hunters!
* "I'm amazing. I'm Batman!" *giggles* Awesome! Love the look on Dean's face when he says that!
* So much for Dean's ability to read people. Yikes! She's got some nerve, shooting Sam like that. Grrrrr.
* Yay! Dean! That's thinking on your feet! Got her. Heh, heh. :)
* I just knew she swiped those lottery tickets! Dean's reaction is so typically Dean, but Sam's (or should I say Jared's?) is great. Watch him lose it on Dean's S.O.B. line! XD
* "Sam Winchester must die." Well, that can't be good.
Great episode! What a fun ride! :D
