I'm now numbering these posts. A) It'll be easier to keep track of how many days I've walked this year and B) I was running out of interesting Subject lines anyway.

The sun was mostly out for my walk. Went in both neighborhoods and tried to pick up the pace a little early on. Unfortunately, my legs were protesting a lot halfway through and by the end I was glad to be done! Phew! I'm back up another pound. Boo! Do. Not. Want. I'm trying to remember to watch what I eat, but after months of letting it go, it's tough to get back in that mindset again. Sometimes I forget. Eating out a lot certainly doesn't help, but again, I'm trying to make better choices and not just go with "I want this!".
