Been nearly a week since I walked last. Bleh. :(
I guess to make up for it (and my still-too-high weight) I pushed myself and walked farther. There was some left leg pain, but soon it went away and by the time I got to where I would've normally quit, I decided to keep going a little farther. So glad I did. Two miles baby! Woot!!!! The weather was perfect...cool and overcast with no rain or wind. I walked late enough that I didn't even have to contend with much traffic in the neighborhood.
