Got up this morning (a miracle in itself) and then went for my walk within 45 minutes. Probably not the brightest idea. My energy level was not where it should've been and I was dragging almost from the get-go. Parts of my body were still stiff and sore from being in bed, so that didn't help much either. It was cool and raining so at least I got to try out my new umbrella. *glees* Worked fine, though I wish the stem was a little longer so I didn't have to hold my hand up by my armpit. I'm certainly learning when NOT to walk, though it changes all the time and apparently my body is picky (silly body). However, last night we ate at our favorite Chinese Buffet and I kinda pigged out a bit because I was so hungry by the time we got there (it's about a 45 min. drive). So I felt the need try and walk off my big meal. *sigh* Starting to wonder if I'm making any progress at all. The weight doesn't seem to be going anywhere but up. *sigh*
