Hey. I reached the big 4-0. *g*
Didn't get a chance to walk on Saturday and Thursday & Friday we were out all day shopping, so I knew I needed to walk today. Last hour of daylight, but I got it done. Was almost a little too chilly without my jacket, but I was okay once I warmed up. It was getting cloudy with temps only in the mid to upper 60s. Did alright with no real noticeable leg pain. Was a little tired here and there, but I just slowed down a touch and my stamina kicked up again. First time I've felt that while I walked, so I guess I'm making progress. :) Weighed myself this morning and I somehow lost 2 pounds! Still not like I want, but it shocked me because it just hasn't been coming down lately. It's an encouraging, if late sign.
