I ramble, therefore I Jensen...twice :)
Dec. 8th, 2007 09:26 pmHey gang! Time for another rambly random post...can you feel the excitement?
*Val waits, listens...*
Yeah, well, whatever... :)
I haven't posted any caps lately, so as requested by
trystan830 I'll give you two this time!

* Finally got the SPN magazine last night!!! Yaaaaaay! So nice to see the boys on the cover of their own magazine. At the Barnes & Noble I went to they had it right next to the Grey's Anatomy magazine (typical!). I didn't think of it until after I left the store, but I should have covered up the GA mag with the SPN ones. Ha! Take that Grey's! I didn't really read any of the articles completely yet but loved what I saw...the pics, the stuff about the Impala, Kim Manners, the centerfold...everything!
* Speaking of magazines...I bought a copy of the UK mag Starburst #356 a few weeks ago and to my surprise there was this gorgeous ad for SPN on the inside of the front cover!

Just click for the full sized version. I had to take a digital camera picture of it since it was too big for my scanner.
* In other news, sadly there's still no resolution to the writer's strike. Seems that both sides continue to make promises and then back out on them. There's lots of accusations being made, but nothing's getting accomplished. Two articles with the lastes news...such as it is...
WGA/AMPTP talks collapse - From EW.com
Writers, Studios Quit Talking - From E!Online
Maybe peaceful meetings aren't the way to go here. Let's get physical. I say the negotiators on both sides need to enter a boxing ring and the side with the last person standing wins! Ha! Just kidding....maybe. :D Nah, really, I'm kidding folks...though the longer this goes on...
* If you're not spoiler-phobic and haven't seen this post yet about 3.08, chime in with your guess(es). I haven't heard from everyone and I wanna know what you think. Those of you who have commented are free to make other suggestions if you've thought of something else. :)
* Our PBS station was having a little marathon of the travel show Globe Trekker today. Got a big surprise on the last episode when Bradley Cooper appeared at the host of one segment from Alaska! Yep, Will Tippin from Alias! Heehee! He had longer hair, but his voice sounded the same. Apparently he only did the one episode, sometime in the 90s and then another one in Peru in 2000.
That's all for now. Hope everyone's having a good weekend. *hugs flist* :D
