Take the first sentence (or 2) from the first post of each month of 2007. That's your year in review.
Jan. 3, 2007 Now that I'm back to my college classes and have access to a fast internet connection I can start providing goodies again. And I've got some great picspams in the works, so I hope you enjoy them.
Feb. 3, 2007 Another review with caps for your enjoyment/amusement. Speaking of amusement...I realized in naming my caps that if you abbreviate Houses of the Holy you get HOTH...as in the ice planet in "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back"! I just found that interesting...you know in an "observationally interesting sort of way". :P
Mar. 1, 2007 Before the hilarity of Tall Tales there was Hell House. As Supernatural's first step into real humor, it served as an example of how the show could have fun as well as creep us out. The highlight of the episode was the series of pranks carried out by the brothers against each other.
Apr. 1, 2007 I know these images exist elsewhere on the web, but I was looking for larger versions and couldn't find any. I happen to have quite a collection of old TV Guides (many older ones got torn up and thrown out), but luckily I had the issue with Jensen intact. And on an interesting note, this issue was for the week of my birthday (June 13-19)!!!
May 1, 2007 The new header is up at last! This is actually just one of six versions. The others are just colored differently or have some extra effects added.
June 1, 2007 Season One's Skin is still one of my favorite episodes. Not only was it a great Dean episode, but it gave Jensen a chance to really show his range by having him play the chameleon shapeshifter in Dean's skin. We also got the boys searching through sewers, Jensen taking his shirt off (yay!), a great fight between Shapeshifter!Dean and Sam, and Dean coming to the rescue once again to save his little brother's life just in the nick of time.
July 2, 2007 Looks like I managed to choose easier caps last week because we have more winners this time! Big thanks to everyone who played. It's so hard to select caps that aren't too obvious, yet not too difficult either.
Aug. 1, 2007 We're fast approaching the end of S2, with only two episodes following this one. This episode, sadly, has very little of Alec in it. He's sort of just used as a filler in the scenes he's in. There's no big moments, not even any really big lines.
Sept. 2, 2007 Just came across this little report from the Hollywood North Report Message Boards.... Apparently some filming took place at Lynn Creek in North Vancouver, but it was just for special effects work with some guns (weird...huh?) and Jared & Jensen weren't there.
Oct. 1, 2007 This is it! The final edition of my Name That Screencap Challenge. I hope this helped to ease some of the boredom of the summer hiatus. Huge thanks to everyone who played, from those who did it once, to those who have taken up the challenge every week. You made my little idea a big success!
Nov. 1, 2007 Arrrgh. Here I was hoping to get my review of Sin City posted before tonight's episode, and what happens? I get up early and then fall asleep for several hours after lunch. Bah.
Dec. 1, 2007 I'm going to try to post one or two seasonal/holiday songs a day. These will come from either my own CD collection or my online findings. I'll try my best to make a post each day and we'll see how many I can get done by Christmas day.
And there you have it. A little bit of everything in there...real life, picspams, challenges, reviews, and even a filming location report. Lynn Creek...effects works with guns....hmmmm. I know what episode that report was from. Do you? Heh. ;)
