WTH Picasa???

raloriaMy Picasa software just updated to version 3.9.
They've added a bunch of nice new effects that they're carrying over from Picnik (since Google owns that too and is shutting it down April 19th). So it's nice to know a lot of the same effects I loved in Picnik that you simply can't duplicate anywhere else will still be around for me.
However...
They still don't have a friggin' Resize control!!!!!!
You'd think that with everything else that software has that they'd include a way to resize the photos?!?! But no. The only resizing you get is when you choose to Email or Export a photo, which sucks.
