Some days I have good walks and other ones I don't. Today's walk definitely fell into the latter category. :(
It's not that I didn't walk far. I did over 2 miles. But I felt tired the whole way and my legs were aching. It wasn't enjoyable. I'd worn my fleece jacket and I soon found out I should've left it at home as it was warmer than I anticipated. The sun was out and temps were in the low to mid 60s. Pretty soon I was hot and sweating because the breeze didn't happen often enough to keep me cool. *sigh* Came home and felt spent, draggy, and depressed. WTH? I thought exercising was supposed to make you feel good? Release those endorphins? Didn't happen today. :(
