I skipped walking yesterday because: 1) I was too busy and 2) it was too darned hot out (near 80). :P
No excuses today though. Weather was cloudy and cooler (ideal for walking IMO). Things went a lot better than last time. No pain in my legs that didn't ease up. Happy to report that my weight is still slowly going down. Yay! I'd like to lose a few more pounds, so I'm watching what I eat as much as I can. I indulge once in a while, but I try to keep those times to a minimum.
