Took my last walk before VanCon this afternoon. My foot was fine and while I pushed myself, I made sure to listen to my body and not hurt myself either. Don't need an injury right now! ;)
The weather was good (partly sunny, yet comfortable/cool) and I put in another 2+miles. Yay! The weight is still nearly down where I want it, so I'm pretty satisfied. Sure, I would've loved to have lost more, but for only walking steadily over 5 months, that's not bad IMO.

I want to thank those of you who've cheered me on in these posts and on Twitter. Helped keep me going more than you know. *hugs* :D
