raloriaAnother quick week and we're a few hours away from another new episode! It's been quite a week, with new Jensen goodies from Australia popping up all over the place. Jensen's left OZ now and is heading home and in probably around a month's time will be heading back to Vancouver with Jared to go back to filming SPN, now that the strike is over. :D
Time for the final countdown clock...and yeah, I included a bit of my Jensen wallpaper in there. :D
I don't know much about this episode, since it was the last completed script before the strike began. So no spoilers from sides in this post. This is just basic information that's been readily available online. But if you're avoiding all spoilers, I'd stay away from the rest of this post.
What we know:
Title: Mystery Spot
Who's involved: Just the brothers, the guy running the tourist attraction, and from what I've heard....a returning character from a previous episode.
Carnage/Emotional Toll: This is going to be a rough episode to watch. Dean dies multiple times in a myriad of ways. Then there's the effect all of this is going to have on Sam. *weeps for boys*
Squee Factor: Those promo pics of poor Dean are still hard to look at. And some of the promo clips....let's just say that Kripke is right about this episode. Looks like it's going to have us crying one moment and laughing the next.
No "What's in the box" this time, since there were no sides released.
I'm very excited and yet anxious about this episode. I expect it will be an emotional roller coaster of an hour. It's going to be hard to watch Dean die and just as difficult to watch Sam react to his brother's death. Will we see Sam deal with a bit of life after Dean is gone? Will he turn to the bottle? Seek revenge? Get suicidal? All valid questions. Dean seemed very ready to give up everything when Sam died. He didn't want to go on without his brother. We've already seen Sam take up drinking a bit over not being able to save Dean, so I can imagine him heading in that direction again. What do you think?
