I actually meant to make a post like this last Friday, as it was my first walk since VanCon, but the MapMyWalk.com site wouldn't cooperate. Grrrr. So the stats here are only for today, but I also walked nearly 2 miles on the 14th. ;)

The weather was good today, albeit overcast and cool. Actually had to go grab a sweatshirt to put on from the other house before I got started. Tomorrow might be the beginning of Fall, but today definitely looks it. Thanks to my Twitter pals for your encouragement this afternoon. :D Means a lot. Luckily, I dropped 3 more pounds (which I put on thanks to "that time of the month"). Helped that I barely ate anything yesterday, too. :P Either way, I'm close to the weight I was before VanCon and I'd very much like to get there again...and lower!
