Walking: Day 48 of 2012
Oct. 13th, 2012 06:27 pmThis darned season change! Almost waited to walk too late again. Actually, I did wait too long. Cut my walk short partly to the fact that it was getting dark. Grrrr. But I was getting tired, too, so I guess it's just as well.
It was a cold, overcast (and previously rainy) day, so I wore not only a sweatshirt but a light jacket with a hood, just in case the rain decided to reappear. Luckily, it didn't and I got nearly 2 miles in. Not bad considering I haven't walked in a week. Gah! I wish I could walk during the week, but with mom's treatments taking up so much time each weekday it's kind of hard. And when we go out running errands or do shopping afterwards it's downright impossible. *sigh* I gained back a couple of pounds, so I'm not happy about that. My eating is all over the map right now, again thanks to our crazy schedule. Sometimes I'm eating simply to stay awake and I know that's not good (plus, it doesn't last). I've gotta figure out a way to fit more walking in and better/less eating.
