Another quickie post

I'm so tired/sleepy. This has been an exhausting weekend and I didn't think it would be. Only one day left though, with the film rehearsal Sunday evening. Then I can stay home and relax a little....at least until Thursday...when everything starts in again. And to think I was grumbling and complaining a few weeks ago because my life was dull and boring. Ha! Can't say that now.

These past 2 days I've been out all day and most of the evening, so by the time I get home, get online and on LJ....I'm simply too exhausted and brain dead to do much of anything. I do read my Flist as much as I can, but mustering up the energy and brainpower to leave comments is a struggle. Doesn't help when I come home with a nasty headache like tonight, either.

Was able to come home just in time to catch the Celebration Of Light fireworks show by the U.S. and have lots of caps of it. I also found a very cool series of 3 YouTube videos of Canada's display from last Wednesday. I'll be posting all of this stuff shortly. :)

Then I need to get busy prepping caps for this week's Just 'Cause theme. Suits!!!! The boys in suits!!!! Yeah, this week is gonna be fun. :)

I'm also excited that I now have more room in my Photobucket accounts!!! My paid ones are up to 10GB! Just in time for my oldest one, too. It was almost maxed out. Sure, the price has gone up for the added storage, but it's just a yearly thing, so it's cool. Well worth it to have the room for added goodies! Wheeeeeeee!!!! :D

And on another dorky note, I bought a 6-disc DVD set of vintage TV commercials at Best Buy. I LOVE old commercials! I've already got a collection of them on DVD & videotape, but I'm always looking for more. I collect old magazine ads, too, btw. ;)

Vancouver BC's Celebration of Light Fireworks: Canada's Show on YouTube

I've found some great YouTube videos of Canada's fireworks show at Vancouver's Celebration Of Light. There's actually quite a few YouTube videos of Canada's show, but this person's was of the best quality, with great color and a good recording of the music.

Vancouver BC's Celebration of Light Fireworks: U.S.

This is the second show of Vancouver's Celebration Of Light. I just made it home in time to grab images of the U.S.'s fireworks show at 10 p.m. It was real fun trying to eat a late supper and get the webcam shots. I'll post the YouTube video(s) when they appear online. Once again I used Kat Kam & this Downtown Vancouver Webcam.

Zap2it Comic Con Report

Hi all. Just popping in here with some news about the Comic Con SPN panel. Jensen & Jared are there (wearing black shirts - *guh*), along with Kripke, Sera Gamble, and Ben Edlund.

A report about the panel at Zap2it.com (some slight spoilers): 'Supernatural' season 4 first look at Comic-Con

A few highlights from the article that aren't spoilery:
:: Ever the gentleman, Jensen pulled out Sera's chair so she could sit down.
:: Kripke admited he wrote "love interest" into a new character's description "to mess with the fans since they get so ticked whenever the subject comes up and it amuses him."
:: Kripke is still adamant that the show will end at five seasons because he doesn't want it to Jump The Shark.
:: In "No Rest For The Wicked", Kripke wrote for Jensen to sing the Bon Jovi song off-key "because the scene wouldn't have played well without that".

I just read about the opening 5 minutes of the Season 4 premiere. Bah. I kinda wanted to avoid being spoiled that much, but my silly brain had other ideas I guess.

Oh well, once a spoiler junkie always a spoiler junkie, I guess. :P

Is it September yet? *checks countdown clock to Sept. 18th* 53 days...I can make it. *hopes*

Supernatural Spoiler Squeefest - S4's First 5 min. from Comic Con

Yes, I clicked on a link for the first 5 minutes of Season 4! I'm weak and the long hiatus has made me grabby for anything. So it's time to squee and flail. If you've been weak, too and wanna discuss it, this is the place!

I'm home!!!

It seems a little silly to make a big deal out of this, but I've been gone for most of the last 3 days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday). But now I'm home, I just got back from a 3 hour rehearsal and I get to rest and relax for 3 days before things get busy again. *big sigh* :)

I see there's more Comic Con goodies! *squeeeeee* So exciting! I'm off to read and watch videos and drool over some photos I just found of the boys. OMG JensenSoOwnsMe - yeah, those kinds of photos....totally droolworthy. *guh*

Then I'll be prepping more Just 'Cause caps and hopefully *knocks on wood* getting back to some of your recent comments. Will definitely do more of them tomorrow...along with getting back to spamming like crazy. Yep, more goodies (caps & fanart)! :D Oh, and with the end of my S1 Caps approaching? Means that the start of SPN Revealed for S2 is very close! I'm aiming for mid-August (or at least after the film production I'm in is done shooting). :D
