Back to filming....

Yesterday was a light filming day. Only a reshoot of one scene and we were only at our indoor location for about 4 hours. There's really not much to report...small crew, small cast (2 actors) and our only problem was all the noises outside of the small room we were in (we were filming at a college in Seattle). Other than that, everything went smoothly. One highlight...our hunky actor smooching me on the cheek to say goodbye since he couldn't hug me because my hands were full from helping carry gear to our camera operator's car. *blushes* Such a sweet, lovable guy! :)

Another highlight...while waiting for my ride to come pick me up I spotted an Impala! It wasn't quite like Metallicar...the tail lights were the wrong shape and the car's color was more a dark teal, but other than that it was just like Dean's baby! It pulled into the college's parking garage and then a little later on left. I'm kicking myself for not getting some photos. But then I didn't think I was going to come face to face with a 60's Impala! Minus one little patch of rust, the car looked darned good, btw. :)

Tomorrow...err...later today is going to be a full day (10-6). All car stuff. I'm honestly not sure they'll even need me, but oh, well....gotta go anyway. I was going to post some stuff tonight, but as usual that didn't happen. Sorry folks. Maybe I'll have time to post a little something before I go to bed. No guarantees. Still gotta print out maps to the locations so I can find my way there. Hope I can get more that 4 hours sleep tonight.

Movieweb posted a second video teaser of the little surprise treat Kripke is giving to the fans at the end of next week's episode. It doesn't really show anything new...except to confirm that it is Dean rocking in the Impala. :D

Don't look at me like that....this was an unused cap from Wounded Winchesters Week. Gotta use it sometime. Poor Dean. He's been through a lot. This being one of the first times we see him in dire physical pain. Ouchies! Nasty YED! cutting up our boy! This scene still breaks me. Jensen sells pain so well.
I'm off to bed shortly. Got a 10 a.m. call time. Ugh. So not a morning person. Happy weekend everyone. *hugs*

Dude, is it still Saturday?

Yeah, I guess it is....*yawns*

I just woke up from a major napping session. I was sooooooo sleepy when I came home from filming tonight. OMG So sleepy. I feel a bit more human now, so it's time to tell you about my day, such as it was.

Nothing much happened really. I drove to our 1st location of the day, in a shopping center parking lot, only to find out I was one of the first people there. We then waited about another hour for the others to show up. Hair & makeup took forever for the actors and then off they went in a car for 2 hours to film car scenes. The three of us that were left just hung out in the parking lot. Oh joy. Good thing I brought my mp3 player to listen to because the 2 guys I was with are not big on conversation. *sigh* We eventually moved to our 2nd location, a park just down the road. There, we had makeup problems...no fake blood. We tried some leftover stuff we had, but it didn't look right on the actress's face. Sent a PA after some fake blood, thinking that with Halloween so close it should be easy to find in stores. Think again. They were all out! He ended up getting corn syrup and food coloring. By this time it was getting cold and our light was fading. With lots of mixing, he got the color right, but when he sprayed it on the actress it looked like blueberry syrup. Ooops. So we scrapped the shoot for the day. We'll need to reschedule it. Lots of waiting around for me, but I did need to be there for my continuity photos. Ah, well....they can't all be busy days, I guess. Tomorrow will be better. Another major character death scene and some other stuff. The actress is so excited, "I can't wait to die tomorrow!". LOL

Now that I can stay conscious for longer than 5 seconds I think I'll try and post some goodies for you guys. Goodness knows you've been patient enough.
