Thanks to all of you for my little reality check earlier. I do tend to punish myself a lot when I screw up, but I'm a perfectionist and very dedicated to my work. I ended up watching "Finding Nemo" online. Funny how watching an animated film can somehow put life into perspective. Sometimes you've just gotta let things go. I'm feeling better now. :)

Bomomo Art #1

Months ago I found this cool webapp called Bomomo, which allows you to create abstract art. You have various tools to work with, but the colors are completely random, producing some surprising results.

A couple of warnings, however:
::: It uses a lot of CPU power. Not recommended for older systems and best used for short stretches.
::: You can save your art as a jpeg, but the compression is not ideal. I've punched up the colors & sharpness a bit on mine in Picnik.
::: It can be a bit addictive. ;)

I thought I'd start posting my pieces. I've given them all a title and "signed" them. This was my very first, "Sherbet". :D

I think you totally should have been jamming "Eye of the Tiger" right there
