These daily posts will be of all my past, present, and future icons. You'll see old favorites, but there will be new surprises, too. I'm starting out with some of my oldest icons. Some aren't my best, IMO, but maybe you'll think differently.

Just 'Cause

This cap is from S1 "Pilot".

One of my favorite images from the Pilot eppy. I love the rich lighting and the deep shadows, even though as a screencapper, they're a nightmare. LOL! So you'll have to forgive the semi-crappy quality. It's an old cap from a download (hence the logo), but I even looked at my own cap done from the DVDs and it wasn't much better.
We're near the end of the countdown, but there's still a number to be found in today's cap. I'm getting excited. This is going to be so cool! Don't know how many of you have figured it out yet, but I'll give another clue anyways: no repeats, no missed days.
Spent a lot of Tuesday napping. Hee! That's what happens when you skip sleeping overnight. :P I'll be going to bed tonight/this morning though. I'll try to post some goodies when I get up. Got a couple in mind. Have a good Wednesday everyone! *hugs*

Now That's What I'm Talkin' About!

Got up today, turned on the TV and there was Jensen walking onto The Bonnie Hunt Show in the rerun of his January appearance. What a great way to start the day! I cranked up the volume and drooled over Jensen in that sexy white shirt and black sweater. YUM! :D

Stayed up late last night (bad, very bad :P) downloading and listening to some awesome music I found online. A lot of it is recordings from our old LP records that I've been trying to find for a very long time. Found them at The Crooner's Corner. And the downloads sound incredible! *iz happy* This saves me of having to record our records and clean them of the pops and scratches myself! Yay! :D

I should also update my Raloria's Resources links for music sites. I've been finding more and more cool blogs and such for older recordings. :)

Now I'm off to eat and start posting some goodies. I know you've been waiting for them. ;)

Gah!!!!!

Why Channel 4? Why?????? My local ABC station has been running the cancellation of an earlier Amber Alert at the bottom of the screen....problem is, once it disappears the sound is all screwed up on the program that's being shown for several minutes. You can hear the music and the sound effects, but the character's dialog is gone! And the captioning wasn't even working!!!!

It happened once during Lost. And now during Life On Mars I missed whole pieces of dialog during a few scenes!!!!!! WTH????? Thanks a lot KOMO 4. *fumes*
