These daily posts will be of all my past, present, and future icons. You'll see old favorites, but there will be new surprises, too. I'm starting out with some of my oldest icons. Some aren't my best, IMO, but maybe you'll think differently.

Just 'Cause

This cap is from S1 "Phantom Traveler".

Today we have Dean looking very uncomfortable as the brothers hunt down a demon on a plane from Season One. After all he's gone through in 4 seasons I wonder if he would even be afraid of flying anymore.
As for me, I'm overwhelmed by things, but I'm sure after a decent night's sleep I'll be feeling better. At least the distress was worth something. As I usually do when I'm in this state, I made some fanart, in the form of a few icons. Oh, and I know I need to catch up on comments again, but I didn't feel up to it much yesterday. I'll try and take care of them after I sleep. *hugs*

Bomomo Art #2

It's been ages (last October) since I posted one of my Bomomo works and since I came across them in my PhotoBucket just now I figured what the heck. This one was probably made after I'd experimented with the tools a bit and kept things simple. I should probably try making some more pieces. It's been a while.

Warning: If you do go and play with Bomomo, it really works your CPU hard.

I'm resurrecting the squeefest posts. It's been a long hiatus and it's time to talk, squee, flail, and speculate about the upcoming new episodes.

The Rules: The idea for this series of posts is to discuss, debate, and yes, squee, about spoilers for SPN's next new episode. Anything is open here: script sides, spoilers, and rumors. All I ask is that everyone be considerate and well-behaved.

Walking: Chilly, but at least it wasn't raining

Just got back from my second day of walking around the neighborhood after yesterday's thunderstorm. It was overcast and only in the low 40s, but it wasn't too bad. I remembered to wear my scarf this time...but somehow I come home and my neck is still cold! Weird. Anyway, my leg muscles feel all warm and loose, so I must have done something right. Walked the same 1 mile route that I did on Monday.

Btw, I want thank you guys for your support and encouragement after my post on Monday. Nice to have my own private little cheering section. :D

Notes For Today's Walk:

:: Spotted some daffodils, but they aren't open yet.
:: Said "hello" to a neighbor on the street in back of us. I don't think we've ever seen each other before, but it's always nice to come across friendly strangers. :)
:: Animal count: 2 cats right on my own street that I haven't seen before either.
:: There's a house getting a new roof put on.
:: Got to noticing all the different kinds of mailboxes. Big, small, metal, plastic, wood, locking ones.
:: I still forgot to weigh myself. Gah! Tomorrow, tomorrow...must remember.

Aww, man! Good-bye "Life On Mars" :(

trystan830 passed the news to me that Life On Mars has been canceled. Dammit! I like that show! The actors, the setting (1973), the music, the time travel & mystery elements. Gah! Stupid ABC!

At least now they will have time to write some kind of ending for the show, but it still sucks. I guess the final episode will air April 1st. How ironic...'cause this cancellation seems like a bad April's Fools joke. The show was just getting started and the mystery of Sam's time travel was building. Hopefully there will be some answers at the end. I also hope Sam and Annie end up together.

And the music! OMG the great music! Kripke would love this show for it's music! Awesome stuff. :D
I've even been making a playlist of almost all the songs (& a couple of extras) over at Grooveshark. Check it out!

*sigh* So another great show bites the dust. Anyone else on my flist watch this show & share my pain?
